Sylvia McCoy, 86, dies in MR 35 crash near Azilda

An 86-year-old woman has died following a crash at a Greater Sudbury intersection Monday.

City police say Sylvia McCoy succumbed to her injuries overnight.

She was one of four people sent to hospital after the early afternoon collision.

The crash, which happened on Municipal Road 35 at Notre Dame Street in Azilda, is still under investigation.

Police are asking witnesses to call them with any information.
