City reminding people the map is just for reporting sightings, not emergencies

Love them or hate them, bears are a part of the Sudbury landscape.

And to help you keep track of the furry visitors in your neighbourhood, the city has updated its Report-a-Bear website.

Most recent bear sightings are coloured, with week-old views shaded in grey.

CBC Sudbury is looking for your photos and videos too. Post on our page or send us a message about yourencounters this year.
