Sudbury man out on bail, accused of using Canada Revenue Agency job to help biker gang

A 45-year-old Sudbury man accused of using his job at the Canada Revenue Agency to help hiscriminal biker gangis now out on bail.

ChristopherCasolais facing 11 charges including breach of trust, committing an offence for the benefit of a criminal organization,unauthorized use of a computerand several weapons charges.

Police allege that he unlawfully accessed the personal information of several people through the computers at the Canada Revenue Agencyin November and December of 2014.

He was released on $2,000 bail Monday afternoon.

Casola, who police investigators say is a member of the Bacchus biker club,is forbidden from having weapons or being in touch with any members of the Bacchus, Outlaw or Hells Angels motorcycle clubs.

The court also ordered him to not go to the Sudbury police station for reasons not related to his bail.

His next court appearance is set for May 18.
