Sudbury police seek help in locating missing couple

Sudbury police are asking for the public's help in locating Boyd and Gail Lynds, who have not been seen since early this week.

Sudbury police are asking for the public's help in locating two missing persons.

Boyd and Gail Lynds have not been seen since since early this week, police said in a news release.

Police say after speaking with family members, neighbours and other witnesses they've confirmed Boyd Lynds, 77, was last seen in the town of Wahnapitae about midnight on Monday, while Gail Lynds, 73,was observed walking toward their Dodge Caravan on Tuesday about 6:00 a.m., at their Sudbury residence near the Four Corners.

The residence in Sudbury and a property owned by the Lynds in Wanup have been searched as part of the investigation.

Family members are concerned as they have not been able to reach the couple. Anyone with information about Boyd and Gail Lynds, or their location, is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
