John Quinn will be at the table when negotiations resume Tuesday morning at a hotel in Thunder Bay.

The strike is now into its eighth week. The company and union have agreed to a mediablackout while bargaining takes place.

The company held a secret ballot vote last week, which was rejected by 81 per cent by Unifor Local 1075 members. Nearly 900 Unifor members have been on strike since July 14.

The vote held last Tuesday was ordered by the Ontario Ministry of Labour after an application from Bombardier.

The union had saidthe company's demands for concessions would hit all workers and retirees enrolled in the company's benefit plan.
