Lee Stuesser resigns as dean at Thunder Bay law school

Lakehead University says Lee Stuesser, the dean of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, Ont.,has resigned.

In a statement provided to CBC News, Dr. Moira McPherson, the university's provost and vice-president (academic)saida search process for a new dean has begun.

Stuesserwas the law school's first dean.

McPherson stated that the university wishes him well in his future endeavours and thanks him for his dedication.

Until a new dean is found, McPherson said, Lisa Philippsa professor at Osgoode Hall Law School will serve as interim dean.
