Santa Claus returns to Thunder Bay, Ont., for annual parade along Memorial Avenue

It's official: Santa Claus has startedmaking the rounds to see who's been bad or good.

Hemade an appearance in Thunder Bay, Ont., on Saturday during the annual Santa Claus Parade.

The event is organized by the city's rotary and rotaract clubs, and draws about 20,000 spectators each year.
