Dead man found in Intercity woods ruled a homicide

Thunder Bay Police say a man found dead in a wooded area on Wednesday was the victim of foul play.

They have identified him as Adam Yellowhead, 65, of Thunder Bay.

Yellowhead's body was found by passersbyat the end of Field Street in the Intercity area.

Police initially described his death as suspicious, then deemed the case a homicide after obtaining autopsy results on Friday.

Police are asking anyone with information about the case to contact the Criminal Investigation Branch or Crime Stoppers.
