Stacey Lance Debungie identified as man found in Thunder Bay's McIntyre River

Thunder Bay police havereleasedthe name of theman whose body was found Monday morning in the McIntyre River.

Police stated in a news release Tuesday, that the body was that of 41-year-old Stacey Lance Debungie.

Police deemed hisdeath as non-criminal, the release stated.

A passerby discovered Debungie in the area of Carrick and Waterford Streets, just before 9:30 a.m. on Monday and called 911, police said.
