The radio host who originally hails from the East Coast has been feeling right at home in northwestern Ontario thanks to the warm hospitality of local residentsalong withall of the delicious comfort food he's been consuming.

Turnbull enjoyed some Finnish pancakes Friday at theHoito Restaurant. Before that, he spent some time at KangasSauna for an invigorating sauna and yes, more Finnish pancakes.

It's a good thing he interviewed Steve O'Brien with Full Tilt Fitness in Sudbury to get some advice on slimming down a waistline because everyone knows how pancakes can add up.

Fortunately, Turnbull has been keeping active with some bocce ball Thursday. He even took time to go fishing and curling it doesn't get more northern Ontarian than that.
