Just over a week after being badly wounded in the shooting rampage inside Toronto's Eaton Centre, a teenaged victim has been discharged from hospital.

Just over a week after being badly wounded in the shooting rampage inside Toronto's Eaton Centre, a teenaged victim has been discharged from hospital.

A spokesperson for The Hospital for Sick Children confirmed Monday that the 13-year-old boy is out of hospital.

The teen, who is not from Toronto, had been at the mall with his mom and older sister when they got caught up in the bloody food-court mayhem.

The 13-year-old was wounded in the head and had to undergo neurosurgery.

Twenty-three-year-old Christopher Husbands turned himself in to police last week and has been charged with one count of first-degree murder and six counts of attempted murder.

Police said the man who died, Ahmed Hassan, 24, was believed to have gang ties.

A 23-year-old man remains in hospital in critical condition.
