Muralist JasonRouleau,photographer Randy Richardson and artistMike Davisvisited several Toronto neighbourhoods over the last few weeks to take photographs fora mosaic photo project unveiledat Yonge-DundasSquare tomark Toronto's182ndbirthday as part ofCBC Toronto's Art in the 6ix event.

"Finding yourself in the [project] is just onepart of it," Richardson said. "It's actually seeing how youmakeup the tapestry that is Toronto. Ifound myself within this, too."

"We went all over Toronto downtown, the east, the westwe did get to represent a wide variety of people in Toronto and the diversity,"Rouleau said.

CBC Toronto is throwing a 182nd birthday bash for Toronto. Join us at Yonge-Dundas Square Friday to Sunday for the festivities. (CBC)

Mayor John Tory said Toronto should celebrate its diversity and "that's what this art does."

CBC Toronto wants to feature you in the piece, too.Haveyour photograph taken tobecome a part of the artwork.

We'll be at the square 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. all weekend.
