Justin Bieber pop-up shop hits Toronto for new album release

If you get trampled by a mob of tweens on Queen Street West this weekend, feel free to blame Justin Bieber.

The pop star's swag is hitting the Toronto street in a pop-up shop to promote hisnew album, Purpose.

Purposewas released Friday and the shop is opening tosellthe album, merchandise and exclusive music packages. Bieberis not expected to make an appearance at the shop.

Though the album is available online, teen fans who queued early Friday morning said they were there for the extras.

"I heard that they're giving away free decks, like skateboards, if you buy the album.So, all of us came here really early to get the free deck,"JosephLegaspitold CBC News, adding that he would try to resell the limited-edition skateboard.

Another fan, however, said he'd keep any extras for himself.

"I'm a skater.I'll keep it," said Bieber fanCarlo Castro, adding that he'dbeen impressed with the pop star'sskateboarding videos online.

"I was going to buy the album anyway."

The Purpose Pop-upwill be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today through Sunday at 277 Queen St. W.

So shoppers should bewary of Beliebersaround Queen Street West and McCaul Street all weekend.
