Who has the best transit plan in the mayor's race?

Well, it depends who you ask. If you ask three different experts, you might get three different answers.

So CBC's Metro Morning asked three different transit experts to review each candidate's platform and come up with a letter grade for each.

To assess and grade the transit plans of Olivia Chow, Doug Ford and John Tory, Metro Morning enlisted a panel of:

  • Paul Bedford, a former city planner and former director of Metrolinx.
  • Eric Miller, a University of Toronto professor and transit expert.
  • Murtaza Haider, an associate professor at Ryerson's Ted Rogers School of Management, specializing in transportation management.
