Toronto police have closed roads around the Trump Tower for the second time in recent months, this time because of a cracked window on the building.

Police tweeted around 6 p.m. there is a "possibility of falling glass" and said parts of Bay Street and Adelaide Street West would be closed for public safety reasons.

In August, roads were closed in the area when a hotel worker spotted the 65-storey building's antennaswaying.

In the wake of that incident, and the day-long repair process, Mayor John Tory said he was"very concerned" about the shutdown of downtown traffic and called for an investigation into what went wrong with the tower.

It's unclear how long it will take building management to repair the cracked window.

Police didn't say how long the roads would be closed.
