More than 500 people gathered in the grand atrium of the Art Gallery of Ontario to belt out the classic song with the founders of Choir! Choir! Choir!, a group that bringspop music aficionados together each week in cool places to sing unique arrangements of hit songs.

The result was a pretty epic salute to the U.K.-bornmusician, who left an indeliblemark on the lives of people around the world.

Bowie died last week after an 18-month fight with cancer.
