Toronto Mayor John Tory has announced plans to introduce road tollsGardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway to raise millions for new transit projects.

The toll of $2 a vehicle could raise as much as $200 million a yearall earmarked for transit, a source at city hall told CBC Toronto.

Tory explained why he supports road tolls at the Toronto Region Board of Trade.
