Justin Bieber tickets for intimate Toronto concert snapped up fast

Highly-coveted tickets for an "acoustic evening" with the Biebs at the Danforth Music Hall on Monday which seats just over 1,000 were snapped up fast following the Stratford singer's surprise announcement.

Highly-coveted tickets for an "acoustic evening" with the Biebsat the Danforth Music Hall on Monday which seats just over 1,000 were snapped up fast following the Stratford singer's surprise announcement.

Theywere sold out within twominutes, according to Bieber'srecord label, Universal Music.

Dozens of disappointedbeliebers,who were unable to score tickets, argued they were snatched by scalpers. There are already several listings on StubHub, pricing the tickets at $400 and well into the thousands. They were originally sold at $100 apiece.

The 21-year-old singer tweeted Tuesday afternoon that it was "time to bringPurpose home."Bieberreleased the album, which includes the hitsWhat Do You Mean?andSorry, in early November.

The evening with Bieberis set to take over the Danforth Music Hall on Monday at 6:30 p.m.

Bieber tweeted that proceeds will go toward thethe Stratford House of Blessing,which offers several services including budget counseling, a food bank and also providesclothing and furniture.

Bieber will play at the Air Canada Centre in May as part of his Purpose World Tour.
