And despite more thantwo years of multi-million dollar construction in front of city hall, fewpassersby knowwhat's actually going on.

But despite the problems, the four-decade-old square will eventuallyincludea snack bar in October anda restaurant in 2014, to go along with anew amphitheatre,fountains and green space.A new skate pavilion is already complete.
