Nathan Phillips Square revamp falling into place bit by bit

The City of Toronto's revamp of Nathan Phillips Square is behind schedule and over budget, CBC's city hall reporter Jamie Strashin reports.

And despite more thantwo years of multi-million dollar construction in front of city hall, fewpassersby knowwhat's actually going on.

But despite the problems, the four-decade-old square will eventuallyincludea snack bar in October anda restaurant in 2014, to go along with anew amphitheatre,fountains and green space.A new skate pavilion is already complete.
