Your guide to Toronto Pride Weekend road closures

Find out how Pride festivities may affect your travel around the city this weekend.

Pride month is coming to an end but not before an event-filled festival weekend takes over the streets.

A street fair will shut down Church Street fromCarltonto Haydenstreetsstarting tonight at 6 p.m. until early Monday morning.

The Trans Marchkicks off the weekend tonight starting at 7 p.m. The march will start at Church Street and continue alongtoHaydenStreet and then overtoBloorStreet. It will then movewest onBloorStreet, south onYongeStreet and east onCarltonStreet to Allan Gardens. Roads along the route will be closed until about 9:30 p.m.

ThePride and Remembrance Runis on Saturday. The run will take place along Wellesley Street between Jarvis Street and Queen's Park Circle, and Queen's Park between College and Bloorstreets. Those roadswill be closed from 8:30 a.m. until around noon.

The #RESIST Dyke Marchis also on Saturday. It begins at 2 p.m., starting at the intersection of Church andHaydenstreets. It willmovenorth toBloorStreet, west onBloorStreet, south onYongeStreet and east onCarltonStreet to Allan Gardens. Roads affected will be closed from noon to 6 p.m.

On Sunday June 25 thePride Paradekicks off at 2 p.m. atBloorand Church streets, then runningwest onBloorStreet, south onYongeStreet and east onDundasStreet E.to Victoria Street. A number of roads in the area will be closed for periods between 8 a.m. to at least 7 p.m.

Some TTC routes will be affected by Pride festivities. Check out their website for information on service disruptions overthe weekend. It's important to note there will be no service onLine 3 from McCowan to Kennedy stationsall weekend due to scheduled track maintenance.
