'Super chill' Norm Kelly adorns Michigan teen's phone case

Coun. Norm Kelly, a Michigan teenagerand a smartphone case like many things involving the prolific-tweeting Kelly, they just aren't the norm.

Jon Wakefieldneeded a case for his new smartphone so he dropped $40 on a customized one prominently featuringKelly'sface because he "seems super chill," the 16-year-old said.

"Alittle bit expensive for a phone case, but I don't mind."

"It took awhile to find a good photo of Norm that wasa high enough resolution, but I eventually found one."

Wakefield said he got wind of Kelly during the Drake-Meek Mill beef the 74-year-old councillor waded into.

"I just like Norm because of the Drake versusMeek Mill rap beef," he said.

It seems Kelly approves of the teen's new phone case.

"It was pretty cool when Norm retweeted it," he said.
