Funerals were held Monday for Maria Voci and Christopher de Simone, the two victims gunned down in a Vaughan caf last week.

York Regional Police also said Monday that Rocco Di Paolo, who was shot and critically injured, has improved in hospital and the once-mayoral candidate is now listed in non-life-threatening condition.

The other shooting victim is still in stable condition.

Police are still looking for the lone gunman who opened fire at the Moka caf on Islington, near Highway 7. Last week, police released several images of the male suspect and his vehicle, but it's unclear if the new images have generated any leads in the case.
