Chatham-Kent police officer pleads guilty to breach of trust

The charge was laid by the Special Investigations Unit, and is related to an incident from two years ago.

Sentencing is set for the end of the month

A Chatham-Kent Police constable has pleaded guilty to breach of trust.

Ken Miller entered the plea yesterday in a Chatham courtroom.

The charge was laid by the Special Investigations Unit, and is related to an incident from two years ago.

Police say no details can be released because of a publication ban. Sentencing is set for the end of the month.
