19-year-old dead, 3 injured in long-weekend collision in St. Clair Township

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they're investigating a collision in St. Clair Township on Sunday that killed one motorist and sent three other people to hospital.

Police are asking for witnesses, dash cam footage to help their investigation

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they're investigating a collision in St. Clair Township on Sunday that killed one motoristand sent three other people to hospital.

Lambton OPP and other emergency services responded to a three-vehicle collision on Courtright Line near Mandaumin Road at approximately 2:15 p.m., according to a news release issued Monday by OPP.

The 19-year-old driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another driver was transported to a local hospital by emergency services with life-threatening injuries.

A driver and passenger of the other vehicle were both transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The intersection and surrounding area wasclosed following the collision, but has since reopened, police said.

Lambton OPP continue to investigate.
