A charge of carelessdriving is expected to be laid against the driver, who suffered minor injuries.

Denorer said that a crane will be brought in to clear up the scene.

Baby seat on board

As traffic jammed from the first roll-over a second transport truck collided with a vehicle, sending it into the median.

The woman driving had minor injuries but they found a baby seat in the back that was empty at the time.

"If there was a baby in that seat the baby would not have survived," said Denorer.

The driver of the transport truck is also expected to be charged with careless driving, along with additional charges.
