Police looking for witnesses in Lambton County fatal collision

Three people have died in a Lambton County collision.

The collision happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday

Oil Heritage Road between Aberfeldy Line and Gum Bed Line will be closed while Lambton Ontario Provincial Police investigate. (CBC)

Three people died Friday in a Lambton County collision, south of Oil Springs on the former Highway 21. The driver was transported to hospital as a precaution.

The collision happened around 1:30a.m., with police reporting the fatalities about an hour later. Witnesses are being asked to contact Lambton OPP with any information.

Police believe the driver or occupants of a red vehicle and a moving van may have been in the area at the time and are looking to speak to those people.
