Motorcyclist dies in weekend Kingsville crash

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say one person is dead after a Saturday afternoon single-vehicle collision in Essex County involving a motorcycle.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say one person is dead after a weekend single-vehicle collision in Essex County involving a motorcycle.

It happened Saturday, Nov. 9, around 1:30 p.m. on County Road 34, in Kingsville, according to police closing the area of the rural roadway between County Road 31 and Dolce Vita Avenue for several hours.

The motorcyclist is being identified by OPP as a 54-year-old from Ruthven.

Authorities are asking anyone who may have been driving in the area around that time and may have seen something or might have dash-cam footage to contact them.
