Windsor police say a constable with the department has been charged with refusing a breath sample while off duty on Thursday.

Police said in a social media post Friday that officers stopped a vehicle nearJefferson Boulevard and North Service Road East.

"The motorist refused to take an approved roadside screening device and was taken into custody," police said.
