The HMCS Harry DeWolf is docked near Dieppe Gardens, part of amonth-long tripon Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. After it was commissioned in 2021 it became the first Royal Canadian Navy vessel tocomplete the Northwest Passage since 1954 and has since circumnavigated the continent.

The ship is designed for Arctic patrol.

The ship will be open to the public on Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There's also a marine careers expo happening on Friday and Saturday at the HMCS Hunter building aiming to introduce people to the marine trades and career opportunities, including with the Royal Canadian Navy.

The careers expo will be open Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The ship will depart Windsor on Sunday and will be bound for the Caribbean for a counter-narcotics mission in the new year.
