Harper shakes up his cabinet

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is shuffling his cabinet on Monday at Rideau Hall in Ottawa. It is expected that several portfolios will change hands and that new faces will be added.

The new ministry will be announced at 11 a.m. ET. Who is in and who is out will be revealed as ministers start to show up at the Governor General's residence shortly before the event begins.
