Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's plane touched down Wednesday at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, the start of a three-day visit to Washington that is being hosted by U.S. President Barack Obama, the U.S. State Department, American University and a group of think-tanks.
