California drought: From water restrictions to wildfires

A lack of water is contributing to wildfires, as well as affecting Californians' ability to water lawns and fill swimming pools. The Golden State's drought is stretching into its fourth summer, prompting Gov. Jerry Brown to impose severe water restrictions.
