Double bombings at peace rally in Turkish capital

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says there are strong signs that the two attacks on Saturday at a peace rally in Ankara were suicide bombings. Davutoglu also declared a three-day official mourning period for the 95 victims of Saturday's attack, as well as for people killed in terror attacks in July.
