Nepal earthquake: Government urges foreign workers to go home

The death toll from Nepal's earthquake climbed to 7,000 on Monday as the Nepalese government urged foreign rescue workers in the capital Kathmandu to go home as rescues turned to recovery 10 days after the disaster.
