World Cup host spent $63B on infrastructure projects

Workers are racing to complete projects in Brazil's 12 host cities for the 2014 World Cup, as soccer fans prepare to flock to the country. Brazil has spent $63 billion on infrastructure – an investment some citizens have questioned given the country's flagging economy.
