Holiday horror stories: What are yours?

An Ontario teen stranded in Cuba after having a traffic accident is still unable to return home due to passport problems.

Cory LeCompte, 19, from Norfolk Ont., was expecting to fly home Tuesday after being held in Cuba for three months.

LeCompte got into an accident while driving his family's rental car during a vacation in Cuba in late April. It took until last week for police to agree to let him post bail.

He will have to wait longer before he'll be able to hop a flight to Toronto, because restrictions on his passport have not been lifted yet, according to his uncle, Gary Parmenter.

Under Cuban law, foreigners involved in car accidents must remain in the country until the matter is dealt with in court.
