BlackBerry PlayBook: How much would you pay?

Research In Motion is jumping into the tablet market with a new BlackBerry PlayBook that hopes to take on Apple's iPad among business customers. The device was announced at a developers' conference in San Francisco on Monday and will be available in the U.S. in early 2011.

The touch-screen tablet can run both HTML 5 and Flash 10.1 and has a one gigahertz, dual-core processor with one gigabyte of RAM.

It's also compatible with a business's existing enterprise servers and can connect with a user's BlackBerry via Bluetooth on the same data plan.

Analysts are giving the PlayBook high grades, though a price point has yet to be announced.

The buzz on Twitter has turned from hardware details to cost speculation, with users debating their potential purchase based on sticker price.
