E-coupons: Do you use them?

Google attempted (unsuccessfully) to make a big acquisition last week. In a move that would have represented its biggest acquisition to date, the internet giant tried to buy the Groupon - a social-networking phenomenon that harnesses the power of the group to net deal-of-the-day coupons.
Google offered $6 billion for the acquisition - roughly three times the amount it paid for YouTube in 2006. But Groupon rejected the offer.
