How essential is the security video to the Ken Fells investigation?

Nova Scotia's public prosecution service is taking another look at the evidence in the matter of Ken Fells, the former principal of Graham Creighton Junior High School who was removed from his position in May after engaging in a physical confrontation with a student.

The public prosecution service now says it does not know if the Crown ever saw a video that surfaced after the incident. They say they do not know how the omission of that evidence might have affected the Crown's advice to police.
