The 9 Worst Toys Parents Have Stepped On

You're walking in your own home barefoot, minding your own business and then it happens: your foot cradles something sharp, cold and uncomfortable.

It's too late — your foot can't pull away fast enough from the toy that should have been put away in the first place. Your toes curl and muscles contract. Your kids promised they cleaned everything up!

Your foot starts to dig into the irregular shape, and you let out a cry, "arghhhhhhhhh!" It happened — again!

These precious items that cause so much, er, joy, are being called #SharpObjects by parents around the world. And every parent seems to have a pain memory that will leave them walking like the floor is "hot lava" for the rest of their life.
