What you'll need:

• 3-D Napkin Man printable
• scissors
• glue stick

All you have to do is print, cut and glue! The instructions are all on the printable. The assembly will require some parent help, unless you've got a paper-craft whiz on your hands, but little ones can work on cutting skills plus fine motor skills with folding and gluing.
