Cute Halloween Craft: Easy Sticky Skeletons

This is a fun tie-in for a discussion around questions like "How do my arms work?", "What's under my skin?" and all those lovely questions mamas get every day. My daughter and I made this craft together. I cut our pieces of white construction paper and then we laid them out together, copying the a picture in a book and talking about our bones (a classmate had just broken his arm so we connected the chat to that as well). After we lay down the "bones", she rearranged them and glued them down. Older children they may want to get more specific, so visualize your high school science class and get busy working! What you need:
- black and white construction paper
- scissors
- glue
- a skeleton reference image
Glow in the dark paint would be a fun addition to this craft as well. Alternatively, you could try using black paper with white chalk or white paint, or even white contact paper to make a skeleton sticker.Find more Halloween crafts and activities on Momstown!
