Fingerprint Heart Rocks

Skip the Valentine’s cards this year and opt for adorable heart rocks instead.

If your child enjoys finger painting, this is a simple Valentine's Day project. You'll be able to find the smooth rocks at dollar stores or craft stores.

What You’ll Need:

• smooth rocks
• white, pink, or red paint
• ice cube tray
• container of water
• black marker

How It's Made:

1. Prep your work area and put the paints in the ice cube tray and the water in the container.
2. Dip the thumb in paint and gently press it onto the rock on an angle, to make one side of the heart, then repeat to do the other side of the heart.
3. Set aside to let dry.
4. Take a marker to add a face, or to decorate any way you like.
