Twirl and Swirl with Rainbow Ribbon Dancers

By Maureen Macmillan, Twig and Toadstool

Rainbow ribbon dancers are a cheap and quick craft for springtime fun! We made six of these for $4 — they'd make a great party craft.

What You'll Need:

  • ribbon (in a rainbow of colours)
  • bracelets (the dollar store is a great place for these)
  • scissors

Bracelets, scissors and different colours of ribbon.

Directions:

1. Cut the ribbon into pieces about twice the length of your arm.

2. Fold the ribbon in half. Put the bracelet on top and loop the ribbon over the top of the folded ribbon, then pull the ribbon through the loop and pull it tight. You could add a dab of glue for extra durability, if you desire.

Three steps to attach ribbon to a bracelet.

3. Repeat with other colours of ribbon. Add as many ribbons as you'd like.

4. Repeat with other bracelets, then head outside to DANCE in the wind and spread RAINBOW joy all around!
