The Adventures Of Napkin Man! Birthday Party: Party Hats

Download, print and make colourful party hats for a The Adventures Of Napkin Man! birthday party.

You Will Need:

• The Adventures Of Napkin Man! Party Hat printable (PDF)
• scissors
• white glue
• tape (we used glitter washi tape)
• hole punch
• fabric-covered elastic (available in the sewing section at dollar stores and craft stores)
• pony beads (optional)

Instructions:

1. Download and print The Adventures Of Napkin Man! Party Hat printable (PDF).

2. Cut out hats. 

3. We found it helped to reinforce the tabs where the elastic attaches to the hat, so we covered the tabs with glitter washi tape.

4. Use a hole punch to punch holes in the centre of each tab. 

5. Fold the long tab on the side of the hat. Add glue, then roll up the hat and glue the tab to the bottom of the other edge. Let dry.

6. Cut out tassles or Napkin Man's hair. Add glue to the tab, roll up and insert into the top of the hat.   

5. Thread the end of a piece of elastic through one of the holes on the side of the hat. Add a pony bead to the outside to help secure the elastic, then tie a few knots.
