Law enforcement officials are calling this an act of terrorismand people are, of course, reeling in the aftermath.

There is much we do not know about what motivated this attack.The gunman struck in a popular gay nightclub and many are asking if anti-gay sentiment was behind the attack.

And, the tragedycomes close on the heels of the shooting ofsingerChristina Grimmie, also in Orlando.
