Police believe the 51-year-old Saskatchewan womanwas murdered by Greg Fertuck, her estranged husband, on Dec. 7, 2015.

Greghas beenon trial for first-degree murder at the court of King's Bench in Saskatoon since 2021.He has beenrepresenting himself sincehis defence lawyers withdrew mid-trial.
