Carolyn Budai

Carolyn Budai is passionate about wildlife and the natural world. A trained educator, she spent many years in eco-tourism, which gave her the enormous privilege of rehabilitating and living with an incredible assortment of wild creatures, including mongooses, zebras, warthogs, ostriches, and many more. This passion for wildlife was channeled into a business with her husband running one of the top reptile parks and educational centres in South Africa where the conservation and appreciation of all species was promoted to the general public and schools. Most recently she has created an online jewelry and accessory store "Wild Things Roaming" at www.wildthingsroaming.com, featuring fair trade products as well as her own range of wildlife inspired jewelry, with a portion of proceeds being donated to essential wildlife charities
