Joann Bogard is the co-founder and co-chair of the Online Harms Prevention Work Group at The Action Network at Fairplay, Indiana State Representative for Media Literacy Now Organization, Affinity Group Peer Host at The Parents Network with The Archewell Foundation, and volunteers with several other like-minded organizations. Her efforts turn her pain into purpose and she is looking forward to the day when children are provided with the online protections that they deserve. To honor Mason, Joann spreads awareness on an international level with a Facebook page called Masons Message where she shares their story and informs parents and youth leaders about the latest trends and tips to keep kids safe on social media.
