Robert Jordan is the CEO of the Association of Interim Executives, a pioneer in a new category of executive leadership, connecting companies with powerful C-level resources around the globe through Rapid Executive Deployment. His first startup, Online Access, the first magazine to cover the Internet, landed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies. Jordan is the author of How They Did It: Billion Dollar Insights from the Heart of America, a series of interviews with 45 leading company founders who created $63 billion from scratch, as well as the How They Did it Nightingale-Conant audio program. He is also the publishing partner of Start With No (RandomHouse), a best-selling book on negotiation. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
